We apologize for the inconvenience caused. It could be possible that AVG on your android is not synced with Zen network on your PC. We suggest you to remove the android device from Zen interface on your PC. Then logout of AVG Zen on android and log back in with your registered email address and password.
To remove a device from AVG Zen, open Zen dashboard, click on Menu and select device settings. Then select manage devices and remove the android from network.
This is the 10th time I'm trying to get AVG on the phone or by typing these stupid messages to solve an issue. Nevermind I've been a customer since they started, that counts for nothing. They don't care anymore.
Every program is UP TO DATE.
On my Win7 machine, it shows the Android phone "Antivirus" is "Partially Protected"
On my Win7 machine is shows the Android Phone "Anti-Theft" is "Not Protected"
On the phone I have AVG AntiVirus Pro. No errors show,
Protection tab = "No Threats protected, last scan May 30, 2017" Ver. 5.9.4.1 -0-14506-4647
Anti-Teft tab = Camera Trap, ticked. Device Lock, ticked.
Anti-Theft Settings = Device Administrator ticked. Anti-Theft pin set.
WHAT IS RIGHT? Nothing correlates.
