You can follow the instruction to activate AVG Cleaner and AVG Antivirus on your Android devices. Please open the installed AVG Antivirus/cleaner > Tap on drawer (3 lines) on top-left of the app. > Select AVG Account. > Enter your My Account email address and password. The paid app will get installed automatically. May I know if your AVG Ultimate program is working fine on your computer. If no, please share a screenshot of the installed AVG user interface to assist you further. I purchased AVG Ultimate unlimited 2 years from Fry's (79.95) this past week.  I installed it on my PC and used the activation code.  It does not read that I paid for it in paid products box.
I then tried to install on my Moto G 5 Plus, it installed the free version and I had to pay for the anti virus and cleaner with pay pal before it would work. I thought it was included in the unlimited 2 year subscription I purchased at Fry's.  Both are hard to understand and laborious to use.  I would like a refund for the pay pal expense and  information on how to use the android version for the 2 years I purchased.
