Thank you for replying. My problem was caused by "veilige modus" (save modus) installed accidently because i had to shut off my phone after using the alert. Since i closed veilige modus your app shows again and with this your application.

I recently installed AVG protection on my smartphone. Now, a few days later the app only is mentioned al causing troubles becaus it schould take initiative on phoning numers ont it selves. And even that it could cost me money. As i see it it is blocked. A recent call at my provider, Base isn t making me wiser. They refer to you.
Zen isn t availble for me because i have not a subscription and theer is no + next to AVG where I should be able to find it.
Could you pleas verify wether my phone is protected or inform me on what action i need to take.
