Hello Walter, thank you for your reply. Our Agents asked you to uninstall the previous version of AVG PC TuneUp form your Computer and install the beta version of AVG PC Tune up. Have you tried that? If not, I request you to connect with our Remote Team using the e-mail which I have sent to you and ask our Agents to install the beta version of AVG PC TuneUp. Our Technicians will install it for you.
