Avg online product purchased in error, a refund needed, how do I do this, phone number unsuccessful

I purchase AVG protection by mistake. I need a refund but the refund page just gives a phone number which gives 4 options which all lead back to the same 4 options without any resolution. How do I proceed? The order number is 8991005472
