Recently unable to access my bank website - cannot progress beyond "user name". Discovered that if I remove the AVG extension in Firefox v116, I can proceed as normal!
AVG seems to be removing, not enhancing, my web security - because of one site. I can't remove extensions for one site, but have them working for all the others at the same time?
Any ideas?

Hi Delli,
I get no error messages when signing in, only that I must “Please enter a value” even though I already have!

A screenshot will not help either, as the only difference between the normal screen and the problem one, is that there appears to be a grey hue to the overall screen.
Sorry, best I can do!

As I said below – if I remove the AVG extension –  the login screen works as normal!

I will certainly help you with the issue. I would suggest you to ensure that the AVG program has the latest patches applied to it.
Open AVG program - click on refresh icon beside virus definitions, at bottom left corner - Restart computer after successful update & check. May I know what are the AVG applications installed on your computer ?
