AVG Online Shield blocks website

Hi Aravindh,
I had a look at the article you suggested and my AVG screen is slightly different - I have Options rather than Menu and Advanced Settings rather than Settings - not sure if this makes any difference?  I found Exceptions under Advanced Settings and have added the website address (https://pc.teachingpersonnel.com:433/), I've restarted my pc but it's still blocking the website.  It's possible I've done something wrong, any ideas would be gratefully received.

When trying to access a work website (Dell SonicWall remote connection) AVG blocks it (see screen shot below) - how do I stop this please as I can only access it when I turn off the Online Shield which I don't want to keep doing.  Thanks, Katie

We understand your concern, not to worry, the article suggested the steps for unlimited version but the program you have purchased is for 1 computer (Both are different).
