If it is the latest version (20.10), I request you to uninstall and reinstall the application.
I am having a problem moving AVG to active mode from passive mode, AVAST had been downloaded by my son so I removed that and can't see any other virus protection on my desk top, When I go to troubleshooting it doesn't allow me to alter the passive mode. Please help!
