AVG out of date

Hello Bernard,

We are sorry to know this.
May I know since when are you facing this issue and how?
Did you try to manually update AVG and check?
You can also try to repair AVG Internet Security by referring to this link: https://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Repair-AVG-Antivirus
Thank you and please keep us updated.

I assume having your AVG Internet Security (AVGIS) out of date is of the highest importance. If so, can you explain me the logic behind having to go check manually on the update page if you're actually out of date by reading a message in red rather than having the same message in red on the main panel of AVGIS or a warning symbol on the toolbar, as an example. As it is, if you don't go check manually, you have no clue you're out of date and therefore that you're at risk. Thanks.

I could also add: Why not automatically do the update rather than giving the message that you'r not up to date? (automtic update is checked)

Hello Bernard,

We are sorry to know this.
Does the automatic update in your AVG Internet Security is turned on?
If yes, then it will automatically update your AVG program.
Did you try the repair option and check for the issue?
Thank you.
