Avg outlook add in causing outlook to crash

I am not able to give remove access to my system. is there another option for this please.
i have tried uninstalling and re-installing avg, but the add-in is still being disabled or causing outlook to crash.

Since installing the most recent update i cannot get outlook to start with the avg com add in.
if this is enabled outlook will crash.
i have to disable the antivirus add in to allow outlook to start

well if that is true, then I won't be renewing my AVG sub. the 'junk', blacklist, whitelist options were extremely useful for me.
Some usability now seems to have been lost with this so called 'update.

Outllook works, but i no longer have the AVG options on my outlook toolbar.
AVG control panal shows 'web and email protected' but no AVG options within Outlook.

Hello Stephen,

If you have AVG Anti-spam component installed on paid version of AVG Antivirus/Internet Security program then you will be able to blacklist whitelist the email address.
To check the status of component, open AVG Antivirus interface, click on "Menu–>Settings–>Components"
To the right, scroll down to check whether Anti-spam is installed or not.

Hello Stephen,
The issue might be because of latest AVG Internet Security version updates. Actually AVG add in is not available (That add in might be the older one which is conflicting with latest protection) in latest version of AVG Internet Security. So I request you to remove AVG add in from outlook and check if your outlook is working fine.

Please be informed that in the latest version, AVG add is not available for Outlook. So you cannot see the AVG icon on Outlook toolbar. The Web and Email protection will scan the web browser, Twitter, & Facebook links and also Protects you from harmful downloads.
