AVG paid subscription loaded however my account state that i ve not utilise it

After activating the application, please check in your AVG account after 24 hours and let us know, if the issue persits or not.

i m quite sure i ve downloaded my AVG paid subscription on one device (for a multi-device subscription), however on my subscription page it says  0 device. why is this so?
