I have just paid and installed the AVG Passport Protection but cannot open it.
By open the AVG Internet Security, click "My AVG" shows that the Passport Protection is Installed.
Click Password Protection tile , for a short moment a black window appears, before returning to the AVG Internet Security user interface. My standard browser is Firefox, but also have AVG Secure browser and Google Chrome (not as standard browser).
