My avg expired today. I bought a new subscription. Now avg password protection does not work.
Under my subscriptions, avg password protection is available under other available subscriptions, and it asks if I want to switch subscriptions (even though my old subscription expired) I go ahead and switch. It says switch successful, but it did not actually switch. When I look under menu in tools, it says install now in blue letters. I click to install. It tries to install then says the subscription has been canceled.
Please help.
