AVG Password Protection activation

I've purchased Password Protection but it is yet to be activated. It's been almost a week and the money has been taken out of my bank account but as yet, have been unable to activate. I didn't have any trouble with other products that I've purchased in the past.  Help please.

I see that the AVG Password Protection has not been synchronized with our Database.
Not to worry, I've escalated the case to our Senior Team and they will get back to you through email once they find out the resolution for this issue.
