I cannot update my payment card, by any means. I've been trying since a week ago.
Always I get “there’s a glitch in the Matrix”. Sometimes the system lets me enter the required “numbers”; on completion … I receive the same message: the glitch.
Yesterday, even a chat was not possible.
I think I’m not the only one facing this problem. I keep wondering how to pay my future subscriptions for the AVG products I bought.
Paying by card is the fastest way to pay for subscriptions or buy new AVG products. I don’t want to spend too much time in front of computer trying to pay.
So far no one was able to send me a solutions for solving this issue. Hard to believe this; I chose you as one of the best in computer protection. I don't want to change the payment method; you have an in-app feature that should work.
I admit that I am far from you, in Romania. That would probably be the cause!?
Please, help me in this respect
