Thank you for reaching us with your concern. Are you able to open AVG Password Protection dashboard from AVG Internet Security->My AVG->Password Protection tile?

Hi, AVG Password protection is showing as installed on my computer but the desk top icon has not downloaded, any thoughts on how to get it to appear.

Yes I can open Password Protection from AVG Internet Security, it just would have been nice if I could of had the seperate desk top icon that is supposed to appear on my desk top.
