The first tech who helped me brought everything back and it worked perfectly until I turned the computer off, then when I restarted it the problem was back. The second tech who tried to help me was unable to do so and told me it is a Microsoft problem and to go to them. I was unable to solve the problem through Microsoft. I want someone to fix this problem and cancel my subscription to AVG Password Protection so it does not happen again. This will be the third attempt.
