AVG Password Protection not installing

Hello Julian.
AVG Internet Security or AVG AntiVirus FREE must be installed on your PC to activate AVG Password Protection.
However, you do not have an active subscription for AVG Password Protection registered to this email address.
I have sent an email requesting more details to locate your subscription for AVG Password Protection.
Please revert it containing those details.

I "Renewed " my subscription to AVG password Protection (I did not even know I had a subscription) and went to my account to install it. But  the download file I get when I click on the 'Install' button is for AVG Free 
I don[t want to install AVG Free as I have had the paid for AVG Internet Security  for almost ten years
I would appreciate it if someone from AVG could tell me what has gone wrong.
