I regret to inform you that due to a technical issue we are not able to deliver the purchased product and this issue is expected to be fixed within a week. I also see that you placed 2 orders for same product ( AVG Password Protection - 1 year). Are you aware of it or was it a mistake?
I bought AVG password protection for my PC and after confirming my credit card details it said there was an error and that I should try again later. I then got an email saying my purchase went through and I had bought the password protection, but the thing is, it isn't on my account orders or my desktop. I have no idea if I just haven't properly installed it or if it billed me but didn't give me the license. How can I get this to work?
As long as I get the product soon that's fine. The second purchase was a mistake, the product was placed back into my cart and said that I hadn't bought it so I purchased it again thinking it would work after that, which it didn't.
