Initially, we'd like to clarify that Password protection would automatically get installed, upon activating AVG Internet Security.
Before proceeding to troubleshoot this, we'd like to locate the AVG Ultimate MultiDevice subscription.

I have AVG Ultimate including AVG Password Protection, though it doesn't show up as part of my subscription! Every time i try to install it, the program goes through the motions and when it is finished, I am told that my sub has been deactivated and the main AVG screen comes up and tells me to restart the computer. This sequence has happened four times tonight! What is going on? Some help please.
