AVG Password Protection programme

I have just received this email today 29th July (after being very ill) containing an incredibly long link to downlaod and activate AVG Password Protection. What is the point of doing this yet again as I have done this twice already and the programme STILL does not appear in my Programmes list.
I paid for this protection last year for coverage from 26 September, yet you billed me a month earlier than that! I will try again but since your programme never responded to the Download/activation process it was not installed thus I was not protected. I will require a full refund from the payment date last year until your website rectifies the problem and the programme is actually installed.
Not at all satisfied.

Dear Sir/Madam,
After being told you were going to bill me for AVG Password Protection again  I just checked my "Installed Programmes" list and found that it was not listed. Went to My subscriptions and found that it was listed as "Also available…" I then went through all the Installation download stages and activation but after 'restarting' my PC mfound that the Password Protection programme is still not showing on the list nor is there a relative Icon on my PC screen.
What is the problem here, is there a malfunction in your website.
I would be grateful if you would rectify this error asap.
