AVG Password Protection

Hello, I have a paid for subscription and suddenly AVG password protection shows 
"your subscription has been cancelled" and I don't know why, can anyone help please. I believed this was part of the package I have paid for.

Te exact same thing happened to me this morning. and all of my poasswords are no longer accessable.

I do not know what what happened here - but AVG needs to understand - this is not a minor inconvneince.
