I installed AVG Internet Security, I accessed AVG My Account, I can't enable AVG Password Protection and AVG Secure VPN.

Do you mean that you aren't able to access the user interface of AVG Password Protection and AVG Secure VPN?
We have sent an email for you to share the screenshot of AVG Internet Security program "My Subscriptions" window.
Open AVG Internet Security program window, click on "My AVG" and take a screenshot of it.
Then click on "My Subscriptions" from it and then take a screenshot and share both the images through the email that we sent.
Once we receive those details, will assist further on this matter.
