We regret the inconvenience.
We would like to inform that the AVG Password Protection as a separate subscription has been discontinued from AVG Ultimate (Multi-device) and it is embedded into the AVG Internet Security.
You can see that in AVG Internet Security >> Hacker Attacks >> Password Protection. Make sure whether it is enabled in it.

after doing a scan tonight I got a message "your AVG password protection has been cancelled"
I dont remember cancelling this or if the subscription has lapsed
can you help me with this or explain it?
