I've recently purchased 3 years of AVG Password Protection but can't find a way to download and install it. Clicking on the icon in My AVG just takes me back to the first page and where the FAQs say "click on connect in the top right corner" of the opening page, I haven't got a connect icon. AVG tells me I'm logged in and the "thank you for buying" email said it installed autometicall when you log in. I'm mystified! Why is it so complicated?

I apologize for the inconvenience and for the confusion related to the steps you received for Password protection installation.
In the latest version, the main Zen dashboard has been removed and you cannot activate the program by logging in with your Myaccount credentials. I have sent you an email to migrate your AVG PC TuneUp and Internet Security license.
After following the email steps and activating AVG Internet Security, please open AVG Internet Security > My AVG > click on the Password Protection tile to activate the product.
