According to My Subscriptions, my Password Protection runs until July 2021, however when I try to activate it, the message reads "Your subscription has been cancelled". I did point this out earlier in the week and I thought AVG Support had resolved the problem, but obviously not successfully. Any ideas, please ?

Thanks for your prompt reply.
I am reluctant to start uninstall and reactivcate for AVG Internet Security, as my problem relates to AVG Password Protection. Is this not a separate subscription, which in my case runs until July 2021?
