Try restarting AVG service and check the status with password protection.
Open RUN command by pressing Windows and R keys together.
In run, type as "services.msc" without quotes and press Enter key.
In services window, search for "AVG service", right click on it and select "Restart".

Hi,
I just purchased the AVG Password Protection. I have the AVG Internet Security - I already followed the steps on how to activate the AVG Password Protection and it does not seem to get through the download process. I have re-started my computer and nothing happens.
It says that I have purchased it and that I am able to install it, but when I click on it, it doesnt download.
What should I do?
