AVG Password Protection keeps turning itself off. How do I fix it?

This has been classified as a bug and our developers are working on a fix.
As a temporary resolution, please uninstall AVG using Clear tool and install it again.
If you are not willing to reinstall, you can turn on Password Protection feature manually after the PC startup.
Rest assured, all the other shields are actively protecting your PC from virus, malware and hacker attacks.
