Hello Chris,
We're sorry to know that you feel this way.
This isn't the expected behaviour of AVG Password Protection.
We'd like to inform you that the AVG Password Protection is integrated with the AVG Internet Security.
Please check if your AVG Internet Security has been updated to the latest version (20.4).
If it isn't, please update your AVG Internet Security in both your devices.
Once your AVG Internet Security is updated, restart your computer and check if the issue persists.
Keep us updated.
I have a paid AVG Password Protection subscription. The program opens on one of my pc's but when I scan the passwords it tells me I have 110 passwords the same which is not correct. On my other pc the App is whited out and opens up a blank screen for AVG PP. This program is a rip off.
All my systems run the latest verion. MyAVG internet Security is 20.4.3125 (build 20.4.5312.580)
Windows 10 Pro version 2004 installed on 21/06/2020, OSbuildis19041.329.
You say AVG Password Protection is integrated with AVG Internet Security, so whydo I pay extra for it? I have done an internet search for my problem and a lot of other people are having the same problem.
If we cannot sort this out I will need to change to another internet security provider and also seek from AVG a full refund of Password Protection plus the unused portion of AVG Internet Security, AVG Secure VPN, AVG Driver Updater and AVG TuneUp
Regards Chris Judd
