AVG payment for subscription

Good morning, today I made a purchase and subscription to AVG Antivirus and after making the purchase they sent me this email:

"Thank you for placing your order with AVG Technologies.

Due to processing requirements, your order is under review and may take up to 7 days to process. If you do not receive another email from us within that time, please consider your order canceled and your payment not made."

What should i do?
