i ve' had a 89.99 euros retrieved from my account today, but can't find any renewal of subscription on my account. All i have done is use c cleaner to increase performance of my computer. It had an up to date program to run, is it the reason why i have this sum retrieved? But why is written avg ?

Are you sure that you have been charged for an AVG product? Or is it for CCleaner?

I was mistaken, the c cleaner was today, yet the transaction appeared on my account yesterday. the email adress i use for the avg account is gaellebediat@yahoo.fr. I don't understand. can i send copy of my account sheet, if it needs be ? thank you.

We could not find any recent charge. I have sent an email requesting a screenshot of your bank statement showing the charge.
Please share it in a reply to that email.
