Dear 
Upon review of my visacard expenses it appears that on 27/8/2020 an amount of 89.99 € was deducted for “DRIAVG Technologies www.avg.com I”.
To my knowledge I never placed this order. Also, when checking” myaccount avg” it appears that 0.00 EUR would have been deducted from my credit card and that there are no paid subscriptions.
 I'd like to know how this could happen and count on a refund. With kind greetings
