Hi Roland. I can see that you have purchased AVG and your subscription is valid till 2017. You will be able to see the product details in your AVG MyAccount under the Products, order tab. Also, we request you to activate AVG PC TuneUp using the new license number as per this article (  http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-activate-AVG-PC-TuneUp ). Thanks.

Have paid for 2-years extension but it doesn't indicate on my computer.  Order #654936–
