Recently purchased AVG PC Tune up 2015. Downloaded product - successful as far as i was aware, however two days later can no longer access laptop. First day said there was an error and did not recognise licence number. Second day computer will not work. Screen remains black - so am unable to access system and my files. Any ideas or have i got a costly pc call out charge coming my way?
