AVG PC TUNE UP 2019 not able put any programs in sleep

Please let us know the version of AVG TuneUp installed on your computer.
To check the version : Open AVG - Menu - About or Open AVG - Help - About.
Alternate way : Go to control panel - Programs  - Programs & Features - Version would be listed beside TuneUp.

but after the installation 
AVG PC TUNE UP 2019 not able put any programs in sleep, after clicking on sleep button just the circle is rotating for some time and the sleep button come again, 

PLEASE HELP

My TUNE UP version is 19.1(build 1209).

In this scenario, we request you to uninstall the AVG TuneUp from the control panel and reinstall it again.

Check for the issue again after the reinstallation.
