AVG PC Tune Up and AVG Internet Security don't open

AVG PC Tune Up and AVG Internet Security don't open on double clicking the desktop icons. I think a renewal of PC Tune Up has started a new period (1 year).
Got the hint to use AVG Remover to delete older versions that may be in conflict with the newer versions of AVG.
Used the AVG Remover.The desktop icons disappeared from the desktop. They weren't replaced.
Tried to deinstall the apps. Deinstallation failed. Error message 0xe001002.
When trying to open the apps I'm receiving an errror message "Following AVG precess failed: -avguix.exe".
Summery: I can't open programs that can't be deleted from the PC and that can't be reinstalled.
Neeed help.

Hi Alan, I didn't mean to post my question twice. It's never easy to navigate through a website in a foreign language. I just wasn't sure if  my first post was sent at all. Sorry for that.
