The system says that the installation of my two AVG programs are defective. They have been working since 2014 and then 2015 but just stopped working and now the error message. Cannot even get in to see what the problem is. Any ideas???

Hi Divya: My products are: AVG Internet Security and PC Tune Up. When I try to open the One Click Maintenace or the PC Tune Up product I get the error message which I described above.
