Hi! My name is Queen Deleona I've been a loyal customer with AVG for years. This problem with my billing cycle happens every month with my AVG pc tune-up which is to expire on April 27. I wanted my AVG pc tune-up to be extended to May 1.I don't know why this is such a problem to solve. Then I spoke with agent or representative John on Friday April 20 I asked him if he could rectify the problem. John became very irritated and rude because I didn't want to pay the yearly subscription. John kept saying this is much cheaper. I said that's not what I want. The customer is always right. I want an extension on my monthly AVG pc tune-up that will expire Apr.27 to not expire until May 1. Jon said If I keep fighting with him I need to hang up the phone. Please can a representative extend my AVG pc tune-up unitl May 1 it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
