AVG PC Tune Up crashes computer

I have tried multiple times. I cannot take a screen shot when the computer crashes when the blue screen message pops up.

These issues did not happen until I ran the AVG PC Tune Up. Please provide me with a way to reverse the things the AVG tune up changed.

The AVG PC Tune Up has already been uninstalled which is what I listed in my original post.
My PC boots without error now.  It is after about 30 minutes to an an hour of usage now that it says low memory and crashes.
This did not happen until after the tune up from the AVG Tune Up process, which included applying it's recommended changes for turbo performance.
I am figuring it adjusted memory level settings and I would like to know how to adjust them back.
Or can I be provided with a free one-time repair fix to install the AVG Tune Up to fix my computer back to how it was?

Hello Joseph,
We regret for the inconvenience caused. We would request you to use AVG Rescue Cd to restart your system. The AVG Rescue CD can be used either in the form of a CD/DVD or as an USB memory device. In both cases, the computer must be able to boot system from this device. Please click on the following link to download AVG rescue CD through http://www.avg.com/ww-en/download.prd-arl this link. The following article http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-use-AVG-Rescue-CD explains how to use AVG Rescue CD. Feel free to contact us for further assistance, Thank you.

Hello Joseph,

We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Once the one time free fix is completed you have to purchase the license for PC Tuneup and only then you can revert back the changes.
If the issue didn't get resolved after performing restore changes of PC Tuneup then the issue is not because of AVG.
In your case, we request you to try booting your PC into safe mode by following the instructions as mentioned in this article: http://avgread.me/1JwmD6g and once you successfully entered into safe mode, please uninstall AVG program installed and check whether you have sufficient disk space.

I installed AVG PC Tune Up for the free 1-day trial promotion they just ran.  I applied all the suggested changes and also the recommended changes for turbo performance.
I then uninstalled the AVG PC Tune Up.
Ever since my computer will crash with a blue screen from low memory.
The next day I clicked to install the software again and attempted the Rescue option to revert back all the changes made.
The software looks as though it made the changes because there were no items left to revert.  The Premium product tech support says the software did not actually revert the changes because the trial expired.
What changes do I need to make or setting do I need to adjust to put my computer back in a state that will not crash from low memory?

If you aren't sure on how to take a screenshot please follow the instructions mentioned in this link: http://avgread.me/1aZxsAV and attach the image to this post.

Just in case that you are unaware, you can post the screenshot here in your topic. Click on 'Answer' & then click on the 'Image' [mountain symbol] & follow the instructions.

I have to purchase something to fix what it broke?  Absolutely not! That is a scam.  AVG should supply a free one-time fix to revert my PC back to the way it was.  But I have not been supplied with a free fix to resolve this issue.

As explained in the original message of this thread this was from the free one-day trial of the AVG PC Tune Up.  I no longer have AVG PC Tune Up.  Please provide another free one-day trial of AVG PC Tune Up so I can revert my computer back to the settings before the tune up.

Joseph, Have a look @ this AVG article (http://avgclick.me/RevertPCTchanges).

Hello Joseph ,
We apologize for the inconvenience. AVG PC Tuneup generally optimizes the installed programs on your computer. However, it doesn't make any modifications to any particular services as such. I hope this information helps you.
Thank you.
