Hi, althougth I followed yr. instructions, problems were not fit an result in no benefits at all. Windows OS (Vista Home Premium) every 2-3 minutes warns me that an APPCRASH occour on module TuneUpUtilitiesService32.exe. The AVG Tune Up icon on desktop is inactive.
Note that previous AVG PC Tune Up version (reloaded) runs without problems.

We understand that the issue is with TuneUp Utilities and not with AVG PC tuneup.
To remove TuneUp Utilities please use this remover tool: http://www.avg.com/filedir/util/TuneUp_Remover.exe .
Reinstall the TuneUp Utilities from this link: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=Download-TuneUp-Utilities .

We request you to do a complete re-installation of the AVG PC tuneup program. Please follow the below mentioned instructions:
1) First step is to use AVG Remover tool and uninstall your AVG program completely. To download AVG Remover Tool please click on the following link:

2) Run the downloaded tool and follow the instructions displayed on your screen.
3) Your computer will be restarted automatically. After the restart, AVG Remover will finish the uninstallation.
NOTE: Once the AVG Remover Tool has done with its process. Please go to the C drive and look for a folder named as "AVG Remover" and I request you to delete it manually.

I've recently got the AVG PC Tune Up downloader by order no. 701-1244774 (2 PCs - 1 Year).
It's run properly on the first PC, on the second one is only possible to install it (writing the license number during installation) but after the finished installation the product does'nt run. The icon is inactive an Windows (Vista) continuously (every 3-4 minutes) warning me because PC Tune UP program stops to operate. No result has been obtained restarting the PC. The address on the icon (property) is correct.
I follow yr. instruction about installing the pack. on the second PC (dowload test or free version and during installation enter license number) with no result. I try also the downloading from my account but the result have been the same.
