Let's work together to fix it. Mostly the installation will get failed if there is any traces left or AVG PC Tuneup is already installed.
Go to Control panel -> Programs and features -> Uninstall -> check if AVG PC Tuneup is listed there.
If it is not listed there, run AVG remover tool: http://support.avg.com/SupportArticleView?urlname=How-to-troubleshoot-issues-after-upgrade-to-the-latest-AVG-antivirus-product to remove its traces.
Reinstall it from our official site: https://www.avg.com/en-us/installation-files .
Please share the screenshot of AVG Tuneup interface if it is already installed on your device.

I am unable to install pc tune up. When the installation starts it comes up with an error code:
0xc001f9of.

What do I do next to rectify this problems
