AVG PC Tune Up failure

Dear Gurus, on 19-12-2015 I bought fron Holland the on line downloadeable pack of AVG PC Tune Up maintenance tool (as data in per object) it has the order no. 69427216 and the AVG reference order no. 701-1244774. It was installed on a HP Pavillon notebook with Windows Vista Home Premium OS. It was a order for one year license for two PCs.
After downloaded and installed pack, with initial difficulties, on first PC it runs correctly.
Note that i buy AVG PC Tune Up by you at leas by three years without aveng any problem.
When I tried to install it on the second PC (it had the previous version of AVG PC Tune Up running correctly) the pack: 1) apparently was downloaded correctly, 2) apparently was installed correctly but, 3) but at the end the program never run.
The PC diagnostic warned me every two minutes that program AVG PC TuneUp Service (formerly the executable C:\Program Files\AVG\AVG PC TuneUp\TuneUpUtilitiesService32.exe), present on yr. program, continuously crashed. The Event logger reported the following:

 After that fact I used yr. http://aa-download.avg.com /filedir/util/AVG_Remover.exe to uninstall the application, then I reloaded and reinstalled it according yr. instruction as per http://avgread.me/1ERJxSd. At the end I’ve got no result at all. I tried this way a pair of time with the same result. Some time OS asked me to launch program as Administrator but I was already the administrator, I believe that this was a false problem.
I tried also to launch C:\Program Files\AVG\Framework\Common\avguix.exe by DOS command prompt whit no results.
So I need yr. support to definitetly solve the question before to decide to not use AVG PC Tune Up anymore.
