After updating my laptop to windows 10, I tried to clean my iphone using AVG tune up but it keeps asking me to connect my iphone when it is already connected to my laptop. it was working perfectly fine before I updated windows. the usb hub works perfectly fine since it my iphone connects fine for itunes. And my iphone is only ios 7.1.2 so it should not be a problem.
