Would you be so kind to clarify whether the AVG program installed on your computer is AVG TuneUp or AVG PC TuneUp?
If possible, you can also share us the screenshot of the program interface to identify the version.
Ive been using AVG PC Tune Up for a while now, and my subscription was renewed for 54.11 USD. Can somebody explain to me why I'm being prompted to buy the product again, and cannot use my license key? I am being told by the program my key is invalid, despite copying it directly from the application to the windows clipboard and then back into the program. COVID-19 or not, I paid for a product I can't use. Refund it, or send me a working key
