Hi:  Thank you for your prompt reply!  I printed out the instructions and performed the "repair AVG" as you instructed.  I got a response that the repairs had been made, but unfortunately I still have the same problem with Maintenance.  When I ran PC Tune Up Click Maintenance, it  quickly completed the task

Thank you for your prompt reply!  I printed out the instructions and performed the "repair AVG" as you instructed.  I got a response that the repairs had been made, but unfortunately I still have the same problem with Maintenance.  When I ran PC Tune Up - Click Maintenance, it  quickly completed the tasks in Registry Issues, Broken Shortcuts, System Cache & Logs.  But when it reached "Browser Data" it again froze and 45 minutes later was still caught in the loop and "scanning."  It never completed.
What do you suggest that I try now?  Again, thank you in advance for your help.   Sylvia Kendall

I just purchased AVG PC Tune Up on 9/20/2017.  When I ran PC Tune Up - Click Maintenance (Windows 7, Dell Desktop) last night and it reached the 4th option, Clean Up Browser, it froze.  Said it was scanning, but after several hours the green bar never moved/finished.  I shut down last night and tried running again this afternoon, with almost the same result.  It hung/froze on Clean Up Browser, then after several hours it said "skipped."   Can you help me?   Thank you in advance.
