We would like to inform you that AVG Zen has been discontinued from AVG and the message appears on the screen is incorrect.
Please remove the existing program from your PC and install the latest version of AVG TuneUp as mentioned here. Use your AVG MyAccount credentials to activate your product by referring this article.

I have purchased AVG PC Tune Up Unlimited, as my previous subscription was expired. When I go to the Zen screen in the Messages Icon it tell me I need to restart to enable some of the security features, but when I click "Restart Now" the wheel just spins and it says "Connecting..."
My second issue is that on this Zen screen it shows that I am running AVG PC Tune Up Free, even though it is the AVG PC Tune Up Unlimited installation activation that takes me there.
Please help me to resolve these issues.
