Hi, I just renewed my AVG PC Tune Up by going online and putting in the activation code and I'm still getting this message saying that my trial has expired and this feature is locked. I have always bought AVG products at Best Buy and every year I renew it, I always have this problem so it's very frustrating. Hope someone can help me with this.

So that you can activate your paid subscription in your PC.

As I mentioned in my previous email, I have already put in my activation code and I input it in a second time in the link you provided above, clicked on "Confirm Code", and a message popped up saying that the "Activation code is already used". I'm still not able to use this product as the features are still locked.
I know on my AVG PC Tune main screen there's a button that says "Buy Now" Discount Available, but when I click on it, there's only the option of purchasing but there's no button or place for me to enter the activation code. In order to avoid this situation in the future, why not add that option there because I don't want to purchase the product online as I can always get it much cheaper at Best Buy.
Anyways, I'm still stuck and can't use the product, so please tell me what I need to do or what information I need to provide to you in order to fix this issue.

From your message, it seems that an older version of AVG PC TuneUp is installed on your computer.
To ensure this, either share us the screenshot of the expiry notification that you receive or check & let us know whether the program name is mentioned as AVG PC TuneUp or AVG TuneUp.

Thank you for your reply. I just got it working now. I uninstalled it then re-installed, signed into my AVG account and it finally worked.
FYI, my previous AVG PC Tune Up main screen looked different than this new AVG screen. I think that was the problem before since I looked at the troubleshooting on here and the pictures didn't match the look and the functions so I believe I have the most updated version.
