Regarding AVG PC TuneUp renewal, we would like to recommend to cancel the auto renewal service and renew the subscription manually using the new card information.
This would automatically update the new card information in our system.
If you are okay with this, do give us a confirmation to cancel the auto renewal for AVG PC TuneUp license.

This is the third time I have typed this throuh my attempt to get a solution and, so far- no one has responded. Problem is:
I receivd an e-mail from AVG I was unable to respond to which advised I need to re-new my AVG PC Tune-up protection. I want to do this BUT the e-mail said they would charge the expense to the credit card I originally used and that card is no longer usable as it had been stolen and I replaced it. So - I want to e-new AVG PC Tune-up protection. using a usable new card . How do I do this?
