Hello Trevor,
Please follow the instructions below to restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program :
1. Open AVG PC TuneUp program.
2. Click on the Rescue Center on the right bottom corner.
3. Click on Undo Changes.
4. Select and restore the changes made by the AVG PC TuneUp program.

Hi, I also have this problem. All my backups for the iphone have gone. 
How can I get them back?  When I go to Rescue Centre it only has the most recent changes and this was done a while ago.

Having recently installed and run PC Tune up V16.13.1.47453 I discover that the back-up copy of my iPad data and apps has been removed. How can I avoid this happening again in the future?

Thanks you very much for your very prompt reply.
Unfortunately I cannot find any change listed in the Rescue Center that appears to relate to deletion of iPad backup files. The back-up file can be found in C:\Users\Trevor\AppData\Roaming\Apple Computer\MobileSync but I can see no reference to that folder in the Rescue Center listing so remain somewhat mystified as to why that old backup file was deleted when PC Tuneup was updated.
