Adrian, Have a look @ this AVG article (http://avgclick.me/LicenseTransfer) which may provide some guidance. You will need to enter your AVG License Number during the installation on the new computer. You can retrieve a lost license number using the AVG License retrieval form (http://www.avg.com/license-retrieval).

I cannot transfer my licensed AVG PC tune up to my new computer. I may mave forgotten to uninstall it from my old compter—which I no longer have. Can someone help?
